This was our second home Bob built for us in Santa Fe. Our arrangement was a fixed fee for his services as General Contractor. His subcontractors were responsible and Bob ensured that all their work was of the highest quality. Bob was at the job site and no detail was to small for him to oversee. Bob has a very keen sense of design and made suggestions throughout . Bob keeps a neat a neat job site, subcontractors on schedule and is financially organized. It is obvious that he takes great personal pride in building a fine home.

I had never built a home before but heard all the nightmare stories. Needless to say it was an intimidating prospect, especially since I would be building from 1200 miles away. Bob not only made it happen, but made it happen with no nightmares. Bob was in constant communication to ensure I was getting what I wanted. Whenever I visited, we would thoroughly go over everything. Bob took me to the various suppliers to choose items and installed glass projects I made. When there were any problems, Bob took care of them right away. The problems were few and minor by the way. Bob built the house exactly the way I wanted it.
